My mom has came here a couple of times for different reasons and everytime we go its really pleasant. The front desk person is really nice and friendly, we are never here more than an hour. The time passes by fast and we always get our imaging by the next day or 2 never more than that. The restrooms are clean. The office is spacious, and wheelchair friendly.

This place is worse then emergency rooms, had Dr. Orders for a Stat MRI. I feel like I'm going to have a brain aneurysm but they could care less, they just wanna make sure I have insurance, I DO!! On the phone all day trying to get approval for the MRI even though I have a letter from work stating that it wasn't necessary. Off to the ER to get my head scanned, absolutely ridiculous.(edit)

Upon reflection, business is business I guess... The staff was very helpful and professional, Mr. Taylor was awesome and made me feel very comfortable prior the the MRI. The facility was very nice and there was hardly any wait time. Review changed from 1 star to four.
