Chubby's Mattress

Had issues with a previous purchase. Carlos heard me out and found a solution to my issue. I went to the warehouse right before closing and spoke to Isaiah(so kind and professional). Looked at what was in stock and decided to return the next day. Next day I stopped at the calallen location first just to see what was on the floor. Rosalinda was so nice and attentive. She greeted us as soon as we walked in and before we knew it we were leaving with a smile on our face and a date for delivery. A bad experience was really turned around by these 3 great staff members.

Jacob did a fantastic job setting us up with new mattresses! Marcus and Ryan were also very polite and quick when delivering the mattress today. 10/10 great service!

Marcus and Jeremy delivered my king bedroom set today. Really nice and friendly. They put everything together and threw all the trash away. Excellent customer service. The only reason why it’s not 5/5 is because the few defects but they said they would replace it with no charge! Inexpensive and friendly place to get mattresses and furniture. Thank you Marcus and Jeremy for delivering and putting together my king bedroom set!
