  Haven't lived here long enough to judge. Office keeps forgetting about maintenance requests, like changing the batteries in the smoke detectors before I moved in or getting me mail box keys, it's been three weeks, this is the third time I asked, we shall see what happens today.
  But the apartment was central heat and air conditioning, w/d connections, walk in shower (handicap bars), two peep holes, only one door though, big bathroom, lennon closet, walk in closet.

  The management and staff show their sincere concern for each and everyone of their residents, and treat them all with dignity and respect. Seabreeze also provides a library, exercise room and lounge where the residents can socially interact among themselves. The community is well kept and the maintenance department is quick to respond and address work orders in a professional manner.?
