Advanced Primary Care Stroke and Neurological Center

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton from late January 2023 'til early March. Very well, clean, comfortable hotel. Manager Brooke is very well aware and able to keep this hotel a great experience. Breakfast was always above average. Evenings were quiet, the majority of the time. Sometimes on weekends, there were some unruly children...but that's their parents fault, not the hotels. We are very fortunate to return to this hotel for more business! Great to see the staff again. Excellent hotel experience. 👍

Great stay! Came to IL to visit family and I am very happy I chose this place. Hannah at the front desk made check in a breeze and provided me with needed toiletries late at night. Room was clean and comfy. Parking was convenient. As a front desk employee, myself, I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. I will definitely be staying here again!! :)

While I agree with other reviewers about this hotel being a bit dated, I do have to say that the service and convenience make up for it. Overall my stay was pleasant with one small exception. I was given a late checkout, but yet at the normal checkout time I received a call to remind me that it was checkout time. I understand that miscommunications happen, but it perturbed me a little bit. However, other than that, everybody seemed really friendly and accommodating.
