  Randy was very courteous and professional. He explained all procedures and prices, took before and after pictures, and helped us talk with the city to get them to fix their part of the issue. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others!

  Had a leak on my side from meter. Tech just so happened to be a my neighbor's. I stopped him ask if he would be able to fix today. He said yes I just needed to call in & advise dispatcher to put behind him. Located the problem immediately advised me he need to go get parts and would return in 1 hour. Did as he said. Greatly appreciated!!

  When I called Roto Rooter, I was caught between a rock and a hard place! Thanks to a very kind and professional office employee, she listened to my dilemma and promptly forwarded my call to Mr. Jason Bryant. This Master Plumber knows his craft and was able to inform me in words I understood. I met with him that same day and was able to understand what I needed done. The contract was to fix gas lines, water heater, AND to fix drain lines that another big plumbing company had started that were done in such a poor manor that I had to dismiss them from finishing. Mr. Jason Bryant was very professional and through the kindness of his heart was able to give me a discount. The work done was very professional and looked great! Everything works perfectly and was informed if I had any problems with what they fixed, to just give them a call....so far so good! Thank you Roto Rooter for hiring honest professional employees!

  Ronnie did an excellent job repairing our toilet flange and setting our toilet. Ronnie was very professional and did everything in his power to provide the best service he could. After Ronnie completed the job, if i ever need another plumber I will be sure to call Roto Rooter first because of Ronnie’s excellent service.

  Garrett and Chris came out to repair a leak in my backyard on a Sunday after 6 pm. They worked on the problem until it was resolved, nearly two hours. Service provided was warm, friendly, and professional. The price was fair. Garrett was willing to help me clean up the muddy mess after the job was completed. I sincerely intend to call them again next time I have a plumbing problem.
