(July 10, 2021, 2:40 pm)Not a bad place to stay however it is rather expensive compared to other places. The management is good, some of the residents are crazy and some are really nice, and the water is free. You do have to pay for electricity however. A laundromat is next door so it’s convenient!

(May 31, 2021, 12:30 pm)Very quiet, clean and friendly neighbors. The manager was friendly able to fit us in with a very short notice. Take plenty of “OFF” bug spray, you will need it. It is an older trailer park, but newer doesn’t alway mean better. Peaceful place. Surrounding neighborhoods may not be very peaceful, but not an issue at the facility. I recommend.. don’t forget the bug spray!!!!
