We can’t recommend this place more! After months of researching play systems we decided on Rainbow. We were a bit intimidated by the amount of options and decided to go see them in person at Homefield. Jennifer is absolutely amazing and helped us create the perfect play system for our three children. She came out to our house, measured and gave me an idea of what the system would look in our backyard. She was extremely mindful of safety and made sure the kids would have clearance in our oddly shaped backyard. Thank you for such an awesome experience and we can’t wait to build on to our system over the years!!
My family and I had a really good experience picking out a playset. Fatima is knowledgeable about what children like and options that have worked for other families. I like the fact that we can add on options to our playset later on. I'm grateful that we could order a playset being that the pandemic has made it hard to find backyard playthings that are available for purchase. We are so grateful, this playset is a blessing for our family's time together. Thank you ladies at Homefield for being so welcoming and making us feel comfortable being there.
The people there are very helpful. They got us scheduled to get the play system before Christmas. Awesome.
Didn’t have exactly what I needed this time, but Jennifer took her time explaining everything and checked stock in New Braunsfel. Will definitely revisit when I need more patio furniture.
I have never before experienced such horrible customer service. I went in the day after Memorial Day where the manager, told me I missed the sale that would save me $1k by just one day. I understood, after all, it was the day after a holiday. I was however highly disappointed that she wouldn’t discount the playset at all and mentioned that we did receive a stimulus check and did still have our jobs, so we could use that money to pay full price on the playset. That is the worst sales pitch I have ever heard. I informed her that I was willing to wait for a deal because with the economy the way it is, there’s no telling if I will have my job next month. She then called me last week to inform me of their current promotion which would end 7/3. I told her I would either be in by then, or would be in for the 4th of July sale. On 7/4/2020, I called their office and nobody answered. I then left a message on Facebook where they informed me they were closed for the holiday. I really wish that information was given to me when I told the sales manager I would be there for the Fourth of July. I visited again today, 7/5/2020, where I was told, once again, that I missed the sale by one day and couldn’t discount the unit at all. We were really looking forward to owning a Rainbow playset, but the “you missed the sale by one day but you can use your stimulus money and pay full price” game is ridiculous.
Edit: the sales manager contacted me to make things right. It was a rocky start, but Jennifer and the regional manager helped get this resolved. We look forward to receiving our new rainbow playset.
