(August 25, 2022, 10:14 am)I have been at the Yardarm for almost four years and things have drastically changed since I first moved in. Things are handled way better than before. Ownership and management has changed for the better. They put in a new gym and dog park so thats really cool. Anne and Rose in the office are very nice and easy to talk to you if you have any problems. They have been here as long as I have. The other apartments I lived in the staff was always changing and no one knew what was going on. No big maintence problems for me. My ac wasnt cooling good when it was over 90 degrees outside but maintence was on call and it was fixed the next day.
