Andrea and Jasmine were absolutely wonderful. The best experience I have ever had at a retail outlet. The T-Mobile sprint merger has been tenuous at best. These wonderful ladies managed to balance our changeover of 5 lines and setting up Wi-Fi and helping all the other customers seamlessly. Just incredible. Wish I could give 10 stars...

I have been a patient at Island Access Total care for 4 yrs. Each and every staff person I have encountered are friendly, intelligent and professional. I found an FNP (Tracy Culver) that I trust and who expresses legitimate concern for my health . I call it TLC ( Tracy Loving Care). My health concerns are always met with care. I am always treated with respect. If there IS a wait time, it is only because sometimes so many of us that love this place are here getting the medical TLC that keeps us returning.
The people who work here are real. They go home just like you.
I do not believe any of the "bad" reviews. They obviously did not spend time here.

They got me an appointment on the same day that I called, meanwhile every other office with PCPs is currently refusing to take new patients. I am currently sick with strep and most likely mononucleosis, so waiting weeks or months was not possible with my current situation. I needed to be seen as soon as possible for diagnosis and treatment. I moved here a few months ago and haven’t been able to find a PCP due to the difficulty of being a new patient. I arrived on my appointment time, I had no wait and was immediately taken back into an examination room. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioners and doctors that saw me were very knowledgeable and knew what tests to order and how to go about my treatment. 10/10 recommend this office for anyone new to the area (or just in general) needing a PCP. I will be making this my primary care office :)
