(December 24, 2020, 5:13 pm)Great prices for week memberships while visiting from out of town. Sunny is awesome. Enough equipment to work out any muscle. Not overcrowded, facility is clean and towels are always available. The lil spot even has classes and additional equipment for the cables.

(November 23, 2020, 1:12 pm)Great gym on the Island. Christine, yoga instructor is awesome and the gym is well equipped to do what you need to stay fit, build muscle or just keep aerobically healthy. Lots of parking too.

(August 6, 2020, 5:30 pm)This gym is great!!! Staff is not rude in the least bit, they are always there to answer questions, but let you get your workout in without bothering you. Has everything you need. Everyone is courteous and always wipe down equipment and re-rack weights after using. 5 stars!
