We rented a property that was managed by Property Concepts. We dealt mostly with Marc. From our first appointment to visit the property up until Property Concepts (20mos.) stopped managing the property our rental experience was very pleasant. If there was an issue with something in the house it was immediately addressed and fixed the same day as long as the repair parts were available. If unable to be repaired the same day the repair was always completed by the second day. We were able to enjoy the property as if it was our own. We found Property Concepts / Marc to be very professional, honest true to their word and always kind and polite. The ONLY reason we left was that Property Concepts stopped managing the property and the owners were horrific.
