Awe man... the employees are Uber professional, courteous, helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and so patient with Old Cats like me...I don't know anything about the internet..lol.. But my loan officer was right there to show me the way. Thank goodness! I wouldn't want to be with any other financial institution. God Bless.

Mr. Jeremy Garza, President and Ceo (I believe) is amazing. Despite being in a position of immense responsibility, requiring tons of time, energy and focus, he has repeatedly stopped what he was doing and personally assisted me when in very tough situations. He listens to my concerns, requests, and situation and has resolved them to the best of his ability. I haven't always had the best experience with this bank for various reasons but I will say, I stay banking with them because of this man. He deserves recognition for the things he does because if he can do it for me, a random person, I'm sure he has been helping others for a long time.

I've been with Gulf Coast for about 6 years. I financed my car while in college and received one of the lowest APR's. I love the staff-always so sweet. I also had a chance to meet the CEO Jeremy-very pleasant and friendly! I just got a credit card and again, low APR.
