Excellent customer service from front desk to check out. Very knowledgeable staff. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Ramos is a great doctor, he answered all my questions. Will definitely be returning. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Have been to this office since they were at the old location. We are always pleased with our visits. The staff is very nice & pleasant. There has been a change in staff & providers at our visit but we always have a good experience. The Dr's are professional & explain all the processes during the visit.
After the exam, we don't feel pressured to stay & purchase eyeglasses at their location. If you do browse the Eyewear, you aren't rushed to find a pair of frames.

Top notch care and service! Dr Ramos is such an amazing Doctor! So knowledgeable and up to date on the latest research and treatment! And so gentle! My sister was seen for a severely painful corneal abrasion, she said he was so careful & gentle when he examined her. We just love Dr Ramos and his entire team! His assistant Gaby is so professional and awesome!
