The staff and Dr's at oso are so kind and so very compassionate. During one of our most difficult times they didn't seam like just staff, not only did they help my Cody in his final hours they treated us with nothing but warmth and kindness. My Cody was at peace.

I had brought my dog Maple here for an emergency visit and was so impressed that I will continue to bring her back. I am thinking about switching over to them as my main vet office. All the staff is so friendly! The doctors and technicians are thorough, comforting, and always make me feel like my dog is so special and loved while she is there. It is very difficult having to take a pet to the vet in the time of Covid, I worry about her when I am not back there with her. But I feel very confident that they are taking great care of her.

My dog had ripped her stitches and we were hours away from home. I called them to see what to do we took her there. The lady on the phone was super sweet and caring. And the one to come get our girl was very kind too. We were there for maybe 2 hours. They gave her staples, medication and a cone so she would leave the sight alone. I feel like we paid a good price for what they did for us. I recommend this place. I only wish they could do a payment plan instead of all at once.
One more thing is a lady came up a few spots over from us with a dog she found on the free way and they were more then willing to help her see if the dog had a chip and if she was going into labor.

I don’t even know where to begin. This place is absolutely incredible. They are organized, consistent, and they are an amazing team. I am so grateful to have found VCA Oso Creek and am incredibly thankful to be able to use them as my primary care for my 2 pups. Due to Covid they have a system in place where they come to your car and take your pet inside themselves. There is a young man in particular, and I don’t know his name, but every time I bring my pups in he is out here going in and out of the building working hard and he knows exactly how to do his job. One of my dogs is very shy and not very friendly and he knows exactly what to do to comfort him and get him inside and taken care of. If you’re thinking about trying VCA Oso Creek do it. Thank you to all of the hard working people who are out here at VCA Oso Creek for taking care of our little furry loved ones!!!
