Would have given it 5 stars but there was some initial confusion about how to sign the lease online, so the process could have been explained a little better. “Installation was quick. Surprised the hole was dug and pool installed in one day. There were long delays in equipment install and for the final concrete finish, but that was subbed out. A year later the pump failed and Gary’s handled the warranty replacement for the whole process removal and install. Pool installed a few years ago and they still called to make sure the pool was meeting our needs and if we had any issues or questions. 3 stars for install. 5 stars for customer service.”

“They are putting in some effort. Fixed all the broken dryers, fixed the ceiling. HAVE NOT fixed the coin changer machine nearest the pawn shop end of the store.....DO NOT USE IT for anything larger than a 5 as it will eat your money. Has happened to me 3 times now.
