  Best short term condos (4 plex) on quiet cul de sac. Few block walk to beach. Super clean with dishwashers and washer/dryer in each unit. Nice owner/manager. Dogs welcomed and awesome private dog park-like big front yard, with white picket fence and carpet grass with no burrs.

  What a wonderful location for our beach vacation! The best part for us was that we were able to bring our big dog along, as this rental doesn't list weight restrictions like many others do. It's blocks from the beach, great setup with everything you need, and attentive staff to help out with anything.

  Amazing experience and we will definitely be back! We have stayed here twice now and each time has been a wonderful experience! The booking through VRBO is very easy, and Ann & Sue communicate openly with you from the moment you book the reservation. The checkout process is super easy and they even texted us the day before letting us know that the rental unit was already clean and ready for us, so if we wanted we could check in as early as 12! We really appreciated that!
  
  The property is in a great location, and right in the heart of everything—stores, restaurants, gas stations, grocery store, liquor store, and easy access to the beach.
  
  We stayed in the Wahoo Quarters which is perfect for us because it’s just me and my boyfriend and our two dogs. The Wahoo Quarters is a one bedroom, one bath, with a queen bed, a living room, large kitchen, dining room, two flat screen TVs, plenty of towels, extra blankets, extra pillows, complementary toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, face wipes, etc.
  
  The best part is the outdoor space! There is a back patio with an outdoor shower, a charcoal
  BBQ grill, patio table, picnic tables, etc. There is also a fully fenced in front yard with green grass and a white picket fence. The front yard is huge! It is shared with the other 3 units. It is perfect for our dogs because we didn’t have to leash them up and go on walks trying to find patches of grass for them to do their business on, as we have had to do in the past at other places. It was so convenient to just open the door to the fenced in yard and let them do their business. The only warning I have for other dog owners is that the yard is shared, so I always stepped outside first to double check that there were not people or other dogs (because my dogs often bark at people they don’t know). So I would just double check before letting the dogs run out into the yard. Most of the time we were the only ones in the yard!
  
  The checkout process is very great too. I don’t think the other reviews on this page are very accurate. We have never been over-charged or anything. We even showed Ann and Sue a spot on the bathroom door that our dog scratched the paint off and they were so cool about it and told us it was no big deal.
  
  Other things: great water pressure, A/C works great, W/D in unit (bring detergent), large fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, all worked great. Two outdoor hoses. Great place overall!

  We have rented a property from BG’s in the winter months for 8 years. They are thorough and interested in providing a good experience for the people that rent the properties.
