(October 9, 2021, 10:34 pm)First time staying at The Place Hotel. Nice rooms, nice folks working there. They had bag breakfast which I didn't expect. Very quiet considering its on the corner at the stop light where the ferry empties out. After I checked out after 5 nights, they called me as I was driving home and told me I left an article. I asked them if they could mail it to me and they said yes. Great time staying there. I definitely will stay there again.

Convenient location, walking distance to everything! Clean, Comfortable and Modern. No frills, no pool, no elevator, no pets. Wheelchairs and/or no stair users SPECIFY AHEAD of TIME. This Place sells out fast. Plenty of softened HOT WATER. Great AC AND ceiling fan!
Walls are a but thin so if you’re moody and need PEACE AND QUIET, go rent a beach house🤷🏻♀️
