“I took my son here when he got sick and wasn't getting any better, and I was very impressed with the service! The facility is clean and well kept, and the decor makes it very child friendly and welcoming. The registration process was quick and easy for our first time being seen at Driscoll. I was not charged on site, but was informed that I would be billed later by my insurance once the charges are sent and sorted by my insurance, which I was also told that the physician would charge separately (which I expected as this is an AFTER HOURS care facility, not a normal doctor's visit cost). I had no issue with that and was thankful for the up-front information on it. We waited less than 5 minutes to be seen, and the nurse was so kind in helping my son feel comfortable in getting his vitals taken. We were roomed, and waited maybe 2 minutes for the doctor to come in. Dr. Etuknwa was wonderful, she listened to my concerns on how my son was feeling, and checked him out thoroughly before giving him a diagnosis. Overall it was a great experience, and I will go back if I ever need to.”
