“I stayed there for a while (8 nights), the staff from the front desk was friendly and helpful, but the ladies that were in the breakfast... Seems like they were mad of doing their job, they kept complaining all the time because they have no help in the kitchen and they need more, no idea why the management does not send some help. The cleaning was good but they could improve it, specially in the housekeeping service. Location is perfect, there are a few restaurants near.”

“One of the hardest things to come to terms with is the nearing end life of a parent. My mother was always very strong and did not give up on anything easily. When her cancer came back and her doctor suggested hospice, my mother was scared they would not take care of her well, even in her own home. I had no idea at the time how much hospice would help my sister and myself deal with the end stages of life for my mom. Having someone there with you to explain to you what is happening and what may happen soon, was so helpful and comforting for us. My mother came to trust and care of the nurses, her CNA and the sitters that stayed with her and they all came to love my mom as well. We will always be grateful that we found Del Cielo and that they made it possible for us to spend the last days with my mom and that she was able to pass peacefully without any discomfort or pain.”
