I told him I also needed a plumber and very shortly after he left, I was contacted by the office to schedule the plumber. A few days later, the plumber came, made an assessment and provided me with a quote. There was no pressure involved. He was very professional and polite. Today my pest control treatment was done. The technician was very informative when I had questions and he was very thorough with the treatment. Overall, I was very pleased with ABC beginning with my initial phone call. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and answered all my questions. Mike, the plumber (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) and Anthony, the pest control technician, were all so polite, professional and responsive to all my questions. “Sutherland has always been a convenient place to grab lumbar, nails, adhesive or caulk. I enjoy the store and they also have items that the other Stores in town don't have. Scented candles, Texas mugs etc.. I like that they allow the Scouting groups to sell cookies and popcorn, also you won't be at risk of being hit by a Fork lift running around the aisles. I really like their selections, and easy paced environment.”

“I went to this location a few years ago and got scared away by the pushy woman who was running it then. I went back the other day after learning this is now the only Betty’s location. That crazy lady that used to be there wasn’t there so that was good. I found so many things I wanted to buy but didn’t want to go crazy. I ended up leaving with a super cute 60’s canister set, plant stand and a doggie wind chime. There’s quite a few affordable nice little nick Nacks and antique furniture.”

They are very responsive and do great work, and always have a good selection of flags for purchase. I also wanted to write this because Mr. Wavell came out, free of charge, to help me when my flagpole rope came undone and one of the hooks traveled to the top of the pole. He came out and retrieved the hook which was very kind, and this is the type of service you can expect from Wavell Flagpoles.”
