“We are military so we move a lot. We had heard lots of good things from other military families. Lolly is such a sweetheart and she has a strong staff. We have always felt like our 2 year old is treated like family there. The groceries are purchased daily and prepared daily making sure the children receive fresh food. They have an app that lets them post our son's schedule and upload pictures from the day. It is great to use if you need to communicate to the teachers. I also love that all classrooms have low walls so the teachers are always monitored and the director knows the children are taken care of.”

“Had a drain back up & when another plumber was unable to fix the issue and was extremely rude, I called Lamar Plumbing. Paul came out and had the issue fixed in a short amount of time. Recently had Paul and Clayton out to fix a separate issue. Again the issue was resolved timely. Both were extremely friendly & Paul is an amazing plumber. The prices are fair. Paul and Clayton worked fast and efficiently to resolve the issue in as little time possible. The staff who answer the phone are extremely friendly and helpful. All around they are a pleasure to do business with.”

“I took my son here when he got sick and wasn't getting any better, and I was very impressed with the service! The facility is clean and well kept, and the decor makes it very child friendly and welcoming. The registration process was quick and easy for our first time being seen at Driscoll. I was not charged on site, but was informed that I would be billed later by my insurance once the charges are sent and sorted by my insurance, which I was also told that the physician would charge separately (which I expected as this is an AFTER HOURS care facility, not a normal doctor's visit cost). I had no issue with that and was thankful for the up-front information on it. We waited less than 5 minutes to be seen, and the nurse was so kind in helping my son feel comfortable in getting his vitals taken. We were roomed, and waited maybe 2 minutes for the doctor to come in. Dr. Etuknwa was wonderful, she listened to my concerns on how my son was feeling, and checked him out thoroughly before giving him a diagnosis. Overall it was a great experience, and I will go back if I ever need to.”

“Great location. The hotel rooms and actual space are gorgeous - everything is new and beautifully decorated. The staff was very accommodating with late check in. Pet friendly - they have a potty area for pets with bags to pick up after them. Parking is the only reason they didn’t get 5 stars; on a busy holiday weekend with trucks pulling boats, etc. there just aren’t enough spaces.”

“Great service! I've been here several times for various items, almost always a specialty item and the staff have always helped me get the parts I need and as quick as possible. I was in search of a rare/unique crucial O-ring and the guy at the desk spent a ridiculous amount of time helping me try to source this rare item, to the point I was almost embarrassed taking up so much of his time. He assured me it was no problem and continued calling several suppliers to find it. Considering it was only a $0.50 part, the effort was astounding. I sent a mechanic friend to the store when he was looking for some non-standard items and was having difficulty finding elsewhere. My friend called me back to comment how determined the guy was to find his items and he was able to track down most of what he needed. My friend was impressed as he had called so many specialty stores and couldn't get what he needed and it turned out this store was able to track it down.”

“I just moved to to Corpus from Oahu, so I've had a LOT of poke. I was surprised to find a poke spot here but figured I'd give it a try, and I'm glad I did! Their "Spicy Mayo" sauce is almost exactly like the spicy Ahi sauce at my favorite spot in Hawaii, but even a little spicier which I like. Definitely worth stopping by if you're a poke fan!”

“I went into this store today with my phone that had just broke on me yesterday... I couldn't do anything with my phone ... And I thought for sure that I would have to go buy a new one... I was headed inside the Wal Mart when I saw the Verizon store... I go in talk to a man and tell him what happened.... And I don't know what he did but before I knew it this super man had my phone on and working... He's like the most amazing man on the face of the planet to me right now...
