“Installation was quick. Surprised the hole was dug and pool installed in one day. There were long delays in equipment install and for the final concrete finish, but that was subbed out. A year later the pump failed and Gary’s handled the warranty replacement for the whole process removal and install. Pool installed a few years ago and they still called to make sure the pool was meeting our needs and if we had any issues or questions. 3 stars for install. 5 stars for customer service.”
