“Richard at Rabalais is a gem!! Honest, diligent, knowledgeable. My A/C went out and my home warranty company referred me to Rabalais. Richard came promptly, diagnosed the problem, and then, even though he didn't have to--he could have just left it to the warranty company to take their time about it--he found the part I needed, contacted the warranty company on my behalf, and when they told him it would take them 3-5 business days to issue the PO for it, he refused to take no for an answer. He got that part in one day, came over and installed it the same day, was professional and polite even when I was hot and frustrated and at my wit's end. He is that rare thing nowadays: An honest craftsman who cares about his work and cares about his clients and knows how to get the job done. This was my first interaction with this company and they could not have been better or more admirably represented. I'm a single working mom. Knowing that I can trust the people who come to service my home is a blessing and service people like Richard are worth their weight in gold. Thank you, sincerely.”

“Our condo was so perfect and beautiful we did not want to leave! We will most definitely be booking here again. The staff at the front desk are really nice and helpful. They allowed us to check in a couple hours early as well. The beach is literally a few steps away from the boardwalk and they offer beach towels for you to take and have bins conveniently located throughout the place for you to place them in after use. One of the best places we have ever stayed in Port A.”

“We had a great time on our morning dolphin cruise! Kim knew where to go looking for all the dolphins so we saw plenty of them! The boat is stunning and perfect for getting away from the busy touristy areas and seeing all the beauty of Port A! Love that you can bring your own drinks and snacks on board! “CRAB WAS AWESOME! Great location! 4-stars only because of the wait, which was completely understandable since it's right on the shore next to the Lexington. Outdoors, live music, lively atmosphere. Signs up saying they were short-staffed, so the 45 min wait (which was really about an hour & 20 min) was fine, especially since storm clouds were coming in and they were attempting to accommodate being that they have mostly outdoor seating. Luckily, it didn't rain. Walked down the sidewalk along side the Lexington during our wait since it's right outside the wait area. 2-year-old had the popcorn shrimp and loved it! Fried green tomatoes were delicious aside from a couple of them having uncooked batter on the inside, sauce with the tomatoes was delicious. The crab was the BEST I think my husband and I have ever had!!!! Such big pieces and yummy corn! Finished off dinner with a slice of key lime pie that was the perfect touch of creamy and tart 😋 this was a fabulous birthday dinner for me with my little family! Would recommend to everyone that visits!”
