They have everything I need for less. Good customer service too!

A good, wide variety of hardware supplies for most items. However, they have a very limited small-engine section; their swimming pool supplies are more bountiful than their small engine options.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Most items are reasonably priced.

I have experienced excellent customer service every time.
Although today , Monday morning, the lights were on and the doors were ajarred so I opened them. It is 7:15 and I didn't realize they didn't open till 7:30.
The man that was working was not pleasant, actually rude. Said we're not open yet, that's why the doors were closed. I said well the doors were open a little, I wasn't sure what time y'all opened.
This is the first time anyone has been rude in that store.

Although prices are higher, they do have some convenient features that other stores do not have. You can buy individual screws and nuts; have not had that convenience in some time. They also stay well stocked in seasonal items that big box stores do not have a good handle on. Appreciate the staff and how hard they work in such a great town.
