Jerry's Hyundai

This review is almost 11 months after my purchase. I'm doing this now because of what was happened last week. I bought my Sonata in January 2021. Everyone know what was going on at that time. I DID NOT want to spend hours in the dealership. Francisco emailed me several times after my initial inquiry, one email listed the cars available. I selected the car I wanted and we did as much as we could by phone. In less than 2 hours, I arrived at the dealership and was driving off the lot an hour later. Mike in finance was also awesome and was key in helping get things done quickly and efficiently. Well, last week was my birthday and Francisco made the effort to call and wish me a happy birthday. This is 10 months after my purchase. That's un heard of and proof that they are not just about the money. Jerry's is a large dealership with small family owned vibes. The customer service is worth the 45 minute drive for car maintenance that I will now be doing. They have a customer for life.!!!

If I could give them 30 more stars, I would. Shopping at Jerry's Hyundai was hands-down the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Jason Bailey was the most helpful, supportive salesman, and he did everything in his power to make sure I found the right vehicle for me. He even got on the phone with another dealership to help me get the best deal I could when I was looking at other vehicles. He really takes care of his customers and ensures that they buy the right vehicle for them. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. Would absolutely recommend Jerry's to anyone shopping for vehicles!!

I just recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and worked with Francisco Sicairos. Francisco had my vehicle of choice pulled up and waiting for me when I arrived. He spent a great amount of time making me comfortable with all the features of the vehicle. Francisco had a great attitude and energy from start to finish.

I breezed through finance (came with my own, but ended up getting a better rate through theirs) without any high pressure pushes for additional packages I didn't want. They offered some interesting options (I did take the GAP, that has been useful on more than one occasion) but didn't push hard if I declined anything else. I was in and out of there in about 2.5 hours including vehicle familiarization, test drive and finance. Would highly recommend Jerry's Hyundai to anyone!

I came, in desperate need of a vehicle as mine had been totalled and our salesman Tony, really helped get me into a vehicle I could afford with no pressure. The whole staff was just there to help us and I appreciate them so much. The man in finance, Mike, was amazing helping get us full warranty coverage at a really great price. After totalling my car it was much needed and appreciated. Love this staff from salesmen, management, and finance.

I cannot say enough great things about this dealership ! If I could I would give them 20 stars. They are professional, friendly and genuinely make you feel welcomed and like family. My credit is not the greatest, although also not the worst. We traded in our 2011, and got more than the fair market value we feel for it. The whole process was easy, and about as stress free as can be when buying a new(used) vehicle. Highly highly recommended. And our salesmen, Jason Bailey; The best. We have had our new vehicle almost a month now. And we have already gotten phone calls asking how we like it.
