After a quick evaluation by Dr. Phil, he new exactly what was needed and we started doing exercises that would easy for me to do at home as well. “I've been going here about 4 months and I always look forward to going, I never have to "talk myself into it" like I always had to with other workouts at other gyms. The staff is great, the workouts are awesome. I've enjoyed every session I've ever gone to. My only complaint (but not worth a lower rating) is that I wish the evening adult kickboxing classes were a full hour instead of 45 minutes. It always feels it's over way to fast and I wish we could go just 15 more minutes. But regardless, I love NFC!”
