“I have had dinner or lunch here several times. Their food is very good. They have a range of options. Some healthy choices too. They were great during COVID shut down and offered food to go and family meals. The place is always clean. Ive never had a bad experience with wait times or staff. Regardless of how busy they are, the staff is always very attentive. I like their margaritas but they are on the sweeter side. I usually cant finish them because they are too sweet. Definitely one of the best chain restaurants in Weatherford. Edit to add- never been with a party larger than 5.”

“It was our first time here. The sitting area, is so honey. I absolutely loved that. Very clean, and the staff was so friendly. And the class of people that come there, GOOD PEOPLE! The salad was outstanding definitely first rate! And the beans were perfect. My daughter had one of their amazing sandwiches, so very delicious! We also had a bowl if soup of the day (chicken noodle) very very yummy. We will be back!”

“Taco Bueno in Weatherford is a very clean store! The employees are extremely helpful. I had a free Muchaco with loyalty rewards and they fixed me right up. Their Big Freakin’ Taco Salad is pretty good! It had a nice scoop of guacamole and a good side of sour cream. The shell is light/crispy. Food is good, made fresh right in front of you. Their taco bar is very clean and stocked. Prices are reasonable, service is excellent, and the food is good! They have a drive through that is pretty efficient too!! I have gone here several times and it has always been consistently good!”

“They were fast getting the pizza made and out to us. We were dining in because we were there to see the local football team play. I was really surprised by how good it was. It's not New York or West end in Mass but for Texas it was great. Not a lot of tables to dine at but again it's pizza and most people either order it for takeout or delivery. I would eat there again if I'm ever in the area”

“I started seeing this little Taco Stand and was able to stop and try them today. They are incredibly friendly and explained the menu. I ordered a Torta with Picadillo guiso. It WAS FANTASTIC! “Walked in and was greeted by the nice young man at the front. Took a look at the menus and ordered the Jumbo Tenders and their loaded hot chicken fries. My wife also ordered the tenders and we shared the loaded fries. The same young man brought our order out to our table. I got some ranch from him but did not need it because their HC sauce is amazing and Complimented the flavor or of the tenders and fries. The tenders had a nice crispy crust and were cooked perfectly nice and juicy not dry. The loaded fries were a nice treat to share with my wife. We will definitely be back here again.”

“BBQ here in Texas can be subjective. But in my opinion, the 589 offers some of the best I’ve had (and I have made a dent in The Texas Monthly’s top 100 list). The surroundings are modest but the offerings are opulent. In particular, the ribs were outstanding. They were a perfect mix of smoke and flavor, featuring a bark mixing a touch of tang and a bit of a bite. No sauce required! (But that was great too). The sides were generous and tasty. An added bonus is a complimentary bread, bean and salad bar. Rounding out my meal was some blackberry cobbler to-go. With a scoop of vanilla ice cream it was all you could ask for. BBQ is fine at the 589!”

“The food portions are generous and the food itself was great! My wife and I both got something different, sweet and sour pork, general Taos chicken, and pork dumplings. All was freshly cooked due to the crispy texture and the steam rolling off the meal. The sweet and sour sauce is a cherry based sauce and was not over powering to the meat. The staff were friendly and helpful. I rather enjoy Asian food in general and if I can help it I go out and try new Asian food from different styles but my favorite is always Chinese food. Overall defiantly will be coming back for another round and try more dishes. This satisfied all cravings for Chinese food and the portions are pretty hearty as well!”

“This was my first time going after being recommended to go several times. The service was excellent and we got great recommendations for food. I had the classic pizza. Not too big not too small and for a pizza joint not in a major city they had great pizza dough. I had the classic (which isn't a pepperoni) and I really enjoyed it. They also have specials sometimes. I was able to get a side salad and a drink with my pizza for the same price if I had just gotten the pizza. Oh and they make decent unsweetened tea. It surprises me how many don't.”

“Gypsy and I had a late lunch Gypsy had the ribeye with a baked potato and the salad bar. I had the Chicken Fried Steak with French fries. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beer was cold and very good. We will definitely return when we are in Weatherford. You have to look closely to find the road sign but is worth the effort to find the entrance.”
