“Mark and Chelsea did extensive repairs to my condominium after the winter storm flooded 2/3rds of the downstairs. Pipes broke in my kitchen and dining room, and an entire wall in the dining room had to be replaced. Their work was so meticulous you would never know three large holes were cut into it to find the broken pipes. They removed the ruined laminate flooring and installed beautiful tile. I highly recommend their excellent work”

“I've visited Simms on multiple occasions because they are very close to my home so it's convenient and one of their employees is my neighbor. That doesn't in any way sway my reviews though as anyone that knows me can tell you that I call it like I see it. I've always found exactly what I needed at this store. They greet you as if your family. I don't usually ask for a veterans discount when I go in a store but the cashier here saw that I was wearing a cap that had USAF on it and asked for my VA card and applied the discount. I went to 2 of the big name stores that offer veterans discounts and found out that the discount doesn't apply to lumber? Go figure... they are lumber companies. Very friendly atmosphere at this store, they treat you with respect, prices are reasonable, store is always clean. They will get all of my business!”

“Our home builder (Texas Heritage Custom Homes) referred us to Mike and Oakline floors to make selections for our new home. When we went to the showroom everyone was super friendly, and helpful. They never tried to persuade us to upgrade or spend more than we had budgeted, and even made a couple of great suggestions that look incredible! Another nice detail was that they had plenty to choose from at our “standard” budget level, unlike a previous new home experience where just about everything was an upgrade! The installers were even very courteous at our job site. There were guys working with a radio on (and it really wasn’t even very loud)- when we walked in to look aroun they very quickly turned it down so we could talk with the builder. Recently when a family member needed some new flooring done we took them to see Mike again! Same great service and same great value! Oakline seems like a really awesome company, they were sure awesome for us!”

He made suggestions on my home remodel and did a great job. He was able to handle anything that came up since my house was older. He brought everything up to code. Chris and his team were very professional. I felt like part of the family. They even went the extra mile to care for my animals in the home. His plumbing team and electrical team were also great I had HVAC and water heater replaced. As well as new electrical. They picked up and installed my new appliances. . They explained things to me so I felt comfortable about every part of my remodel. I recommend this team to anyone who needs work done in their home large or small jobs.
