(March 8, 2021, 1:46 pm)Our dog Judd had a trauma to the eye & we took her to the Rowlett Animal Clinic. We just showed up & they worked us into the schedule so quickly to be seen by a doctor. Without urging us to do an invasive MRI the doc was able to recommend several options to help our sweet girl. We are so thankful to the professional staff, nurses & doctors who quickly cared for our fur baby quickly & efficiency. I’m pregnant & the nurse even helped me put Judd back in the car because I couldn’t lift her myself.

(December 8, 2020, 9:54 am)We have been using the Animal Hospital of Rowlett and it's sister site the Animal Hospital of Heath for over 20 years. Most recently we have a very sick dog who has been seeing Dr. Wendi Carter. Dr. Carter has been wonderful to work with during this awful time. She is a good communicator and makes sure we understand what is going on and why things are being handled the way they are. The staff at both sites have been compassionate and caring while my dog is in such poor shape. We are in good hands with them.

(October 17, 2020, 1:15 pm)The doctors and staff are the greatest. They are knowledgeable and compassionate with the care of my cats. They always take the time to explain diagnosis and treatment plans for my sick little guys. If I could give 10 stars I would!

(August 1, 2020, 10:22 am)We recently moved to Heath and needed a new veterinarian for our two cats. The staff were so friendly and answered all of my questions. They took amazing care of both our sweet babies and even sent us pictures of how they did for their checkup. I got a full page report on both. It was an amazing experience!
