  I started taking my vehicles to Integrity at the beginning of 2021. I asked questions on a public forum about a job another shop said I needed and the owner of Integrity contacted me answering all of them, so I took my vehicle over to Integrity Transmission for for a second look. They did all the work I needed done for half the price. They were kind, funny, and honest. Since the first visit, I just kept going back whenever I felt something new going on with one of my vehicles. You can’t go wrong with choosing Integrity.

  Everytime I need repair or maintenance on my vehicle I trust Integrity Transmission and Repair. I am always met with very nice people there to take good care of my needs for my Acura MDX. They are very good what they do. I don’t trust anyone else with my car around the metroplex. As a lady that’s very important to know I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle knowing it be well taken care of mechanically and with honesty. This is the place to go!!!!! If I could give more stars I would !!!! 😊

  I will go out of my way to avoid the big box automotive repair shops but use them when I can't find a good alternative.
  
  In this case I needed a transmission for my farm truck - a 2002 Chevrolet 2500HD Duramax. I use this truck only for pulling trailers with loads up to 18,000 pounds - farm use.
  
  The last thing I need is to be stranded on the road on a weekend. Most of my farm work is done on the weekend since I have a day job.
  
  After visiting with a large family owned transmission shop in Garland and Integrity Transmission & Auto Repair, I made the decision to get the transmission gone through at Integrity Transmission & Auto Repair.
  
  They got parts in house before calling me to drop off the truck. The truck is not dead so this was a preemptive visit. Once I dropped it off we discussed a plan to be as economic as possible but with the end result being a solid and dependable farm truck. I reminded them that I would call them if I got stranded on I-30 with a load of hay...
  
  It has now been 60 days of horrible Texas heat and lots of hay bales. I have had zero instances of buyers remorse with this decision. I have put this truck through some tough days pulling 14,000 pound tractors and equipment as well as day to day work.
  
  The transmission has been bulletproof and I cannot be any more satisfied with my decision.
  
  I also know that my business is appreciated since this is a traditional small business with a regular person owner. Not a Corporation.

  I had my rear differential serviced. Dropped off car and service was performed quickly and much sooner than expected. I have had worked performed by Integrity before and would highly recommend them.
