Rockwall Urgent Vet

This was my first time getting a kitty spayed because all other cats I've had throughout my life came from a shelter and were already spayed/neutered. So we had our kitties spayed and I thought the incision was open so we ended up at the emergency vet. These folks were so incredibly kind and caring. They were so patient with us and our million questions. My kitty was actually fine, but they did a really great job explaining the aftercare as our vet really didn't explain anything. The tech was so sweet, the receptionist was as well, and the Vet was amazing. Thanks y'all!

We brought our dog in when she had a seizure, they took her in pretty fast and even though we did have to wait a while after she was taken back I understood because I saw a couple of the other dogs that came in after us and they were more critical. All in all we were very happy with everything and the staff was incredibly nice. If we ever have another emergency we will definitely go here again.

My dog ripped his back nails out in our backyard and is normally a very aggressive, temperamental dog; the staff here at Rockwall urgent vet got us in, even when they were very busy. They were cautious, understanding, gentle with Gunnar and did not blame him for his behavior, which meant he was perfect for them! I am so thankful for their care and wish they were a full time vet office, I would definitely take him there for care.

Best vet experience I've had! My little pup had pneumonia and Rockwall Urgent Vet did a great job of treating her, communicating with us, and making sure we didn't over pay. They even refunded us a bit when we picked up our dog. Everyone from the techs to the doctor are super nice. They used a texting service that made it so easy to communicate with them.
