Met with the GM of this location to pick up/clean out a unit I purchased via an online auction. She was very outgoing, friendly, knowledgeable and made for an extremely smooth process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I wish I could recall her name, but long story short, I highly recommend this location’s General Manager!

Once I made my reservation someone called to introduce themselves. The online check was very smooth and self explanatory and upon getting to the location it was very clean and my unit was easy to find and was clean and ready to go with the welcome bag.

I’ve been renting almost 6 months and havnt had any issues, I check on my belongings often. I am disappointed and a little upset that after a huge storm Scottsdale had 2 weeks ago I was never called or alerted that my unit may of had water intrusion which it did.

I signed up online and the process was pretty simple. When I got to my unit it was cleaned with a welcome bag waiting inside it. I quickly realized after a few days and several trips back and forth that the unit was not going to be big enough. When I walked into the office Ashley greeted me and was able to instantly get me into a bigger unit to accommodate my needs. Within 5 minutes she had me all set up into a larger unit. 5 stars here, thank you Ashley for helping make things easy.

Absolutely amazing! After a 100+ lb weight loss I had so much extra skin on my arms. Dr. Byrne preformed am extended arm lift with a breast lift and fat transfer. I feel like a new woman I regained my day to day so much sooner than expected! I’m incisions look clean and I’m so freaking happy with the results! He is such a life changing man!
