  I went in for a dental exam toray and nearly the entire experience was absolutely pleasant. Even then, the exam itself wasn't harsh and went rather smoothly and quickly. There were lots of visuals and a clear explanation of what was going to happen. 10 outta 10 do recommend 👌

  I initially went to a different dentist in Forney last month. I left there so quickly and upset as they tried to tell me I needed a deep cleaning and would cost nearly $3k!!!! As I walked out of that place, I quickly searched for a different dentist under my plan. Found Dr. Spillman in Rockwall and I'm beyond happy with him and his team. After they did my checkup, found no cavities but also explained that I need a deep cleaning. I was scared what their price would be! The office manager came in and went over all of the details. To my surprise (and relief) the total cost is $300!!! I said let's do it! Everyone was so nice and professional! Highly recommended!!

  Love this Dentist Office!!! Has a very at home family environment they have great staff great atmosphere and i always receive the best quality when it comes to having my teeth cleaned!! I absolutely recommend Spillman Family Dental!

  As a child, I had a dentist hold me down to give me shots. Needless to say, I was scared of the dentist. I always had to use laughing gas. Now that I see Dr. Travis Spillman things have definitely changed. He is very gentle and I've never felt a shot yet! I don't use the gas anymore. He is very thorough about his game plan for your teeth. The hygienist is awesome and so is the front desk. I tell everyone to go see Dr. Travis Spillman!

  The staff is absolutely great. Doc, explained everything he was doing. He was very careful and gentle. He also had some funny stories. He tried to get you relaxed and comfortable. I give them 5 stars.
