He has a positive attitude and went above and beyond helping me with exchanging an previous brought gloss and picking the correct gloss. Connor was very knowledgeable, professional, and VERY patient! I was venting to my wife about how horrible customer service is these days. Every restaurant or store we went to it seemed the employees didn’t want to be there at all. I walk into this store a few weeks ago already frustrated with a contractor who has me doing the shopping for products I no nothing about. I get what I deem the best customer service I received this year. The young man and I apologize young man I do no remember your name but I will find out. He knew his products got me in and out in what was a blink of an eye. Thank you for making my first experience great I will return. Great customer service do exist in 2021

Let say I have a SW store about 2 miles from my home BUT I now travel the extra 6 miles to buy from this Sherwin Williams store. The whole staff is more professional, provide better service and I am greeted upon entry.
Josh went over and beyond yesterday to help me apply my gift card which wasn't working.
A.J. helped over the phone and while I visited today. She helped me get the right color I needed for my project and she is super friendly!
