Excellent services. I went in for my oil change and i had the best service ever. I will never go any other place. Customer service was the upmost and super great. Everyone was polite professional demonstrate a great team work and job was well done. I felt i mattered being there i would recommend this place to anyone who needs a clean quick and a well done job. I must say i was very impressed by the manager(boss) Mr Bruce sir you keep up the good job acting outside of your position and making your customers happy. Great job to you and your team.

Stopped in at the Goliad location last weekend to get an oil change was met in the parking lot by the manager ,Hollywood, was very courteous and professional and the appearance was very professional. I used to go to Kwik Kar in Terrell but that place is gone way downhill. The guys at rockwall express Valvoline were courteous, professional, nice and very attentive we'll go back again. Prices were great also.

I take my car to Valvoline in Rowlett, but decided to try this location for my pickup because Hacienda is across the street. Service is fine no problems, same as other locations but the only difference i noticed here is the wait here is a little longer getting in and out. That may be due to the volume of customers, I'm not sure. These technicians are really thorough and they provide the oil change service as advertised and do not cut any corners. I will most likely return here for service again. Missing an employee today and they were running around short handed, but got me out pretty decent.
