(September 13, 2021, 4:34 pm)The drop off process is quick and easy. They said my meat would be ready in a week, but they had it ready two days later. It was great to have the quick turn around. The meat looks clean in vacuum sealed packages with the burger packaged flat (instead of in round clumps) so it's easy to store and easy to defrost. I will use these guys again.

(February 9, 2021, 7:35 am)New to North Texas and after issue with first processor I tried to go to, ended up trying Rockwall. Did take about 2 months but that possibility was communicated. Everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful. Not cheap but that is not necessarily bad. Meat was packaged well and have tried a couple of the types sausage links. So far so good. I would recommend giving them a try.
