Very easy process, staff is very helpful

We needed a short term storage space for parking a trailer. We found all the information needed on the website including pricing, made a quick confirmation phone call and we all set. The location is easy to get to, well kept with ample security and parking. The service was fast and friendly and I would recommend.

I have used the BTA storage unit for several years without any complaints.The units are clean, air conditioned and safe. Recently transferred into a larger unit that my son had used for the past several years. The staff is amazing and the paperwork was completed flawlessly and efficiently. I recommend this location without hesitation. 5 Stars for location, safety, cleanliness, and efficient staffing.

I needed to store all my belongings until my house was ready. I couldn't figure out all the on-line registration instructions (too many emails, etc.). Jessica is an absolute Dream to work with. I would have gone elsewhere but she takes care of her customers, made it easy, made it understandable, and got everything done. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else. It's clean, well-maintained, secure and has a great location. Priced right, too.
