Even the nurse was quick Dr. Sam? was in and out within three minutes I had to wait at least an hour but I use my time wisely I don’t regret canceling my appointment with Baylor Scott and White who just want to do a video zoom appointment .That’s like saying we’re gonna taste a piece of cake online really? “My grandson just got his Blue belt today in TaeKwon Do. This program has been very good for him. It has taught him self discipline and good work ethics and how to focus on completing a task. It also helps to improve his memory as he has memorized all the moves. The instructors are very helpful and virus conscious. Seated people wear masks, but of course they do not wear them while working out. Masters Gary and Allen are both black belts themselves, so they can show from experience how to do the moves!”
