“This place is amazing! My 5 year old, 15 year old and I all trian there and love it! The kids' class has done so much for my 5 year old son. The instructors for the kids' classes are so good with them, especially the smaller ones. Coach Jen and Coach Chris are patient and fun while still commanding discipline and respect. The kids learn the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu while having fun and playing games. The adult classes are second to none. Coach Aaron and Chris will push you and teach you to be your very best on a daily basis. It has built so much confidence in my teenage son and changed him for the better. For all you Dads looking for something to bond with your young men, this has been a dream come true for me. I get to learn and grow alongside my son. The cherry on top is the legendary Master Carlos Machado himself drops by occasionally and teaches classes! You get to train with an 8th degree coral belt! There are few in the world with his knowledge and experience that he shares with us. I feel spoiled that I don't have to drive into Dallas to get the caliber of training I do. Their motto is "Train smart, stay humble." I see this every day. There are no big egos trying to make you prove yourself here. All are welcome!
