“Okay, let's give an honest review. I frequent this Starbucks a LOT. I come here almost everyday. I usually get the same exact thing every single day. And it's always amazing. Most of their workers are very very nice. But I have encountered two girls who aren't very... kind. I'm usually not that picky about someone's excitement to take an order. I've worked these jobs before, so i know its not always exciting to attend customers who at times are rude to you. but these two girls have always been so dry and snappy. One of them took my order. I pulled up and she took my card and closed the window. I don't like that. That's not what you're supposed to do. She actually didn't give me my card back at all. I was in a rush and totally distracted (my fault) but I grabbed my cakepops and drinks and left. Since I am used to getting my card back immediately, I sort of didn't check to see if I had it. Once again, this is totally on me too. But like I said, they aren't supposed to keep the card. I had to drive all the way from Costco back to Starbucks for my card to which when I called to ask if they had it she asked me if it was (insert colors here) .... uhm yes. It is those colors, and I could totally be lying right now. I go into the store and I tell her that we just spoke on the phone and told her I was here for my card. She proceeded to almost hand it to me... then not. Asked me the name. Which I could see from where I was standing. Just... very very unprofessional. Horribly handled and I was very frustrated thinking as to how anyone could've lied and taken my card. Nonetheless, I love coming here... but these two ladies make it very unpleasant at times.”

“I was a bride coming in to find my wedding dress and had the absolute BEST experience with Diane in her shop. She was supposed to be closed today, but because I had a bigger group she opened up her shop for us today just to accommodate us. That alone says a lot about her customer service. She was so personal, kind and patient with me. She helped me to try on many different dresses until I found the one. They have a HUGE selection here and it’s a bonus to be able to support a small business. Thank you again Diane!”

Mr. Greg came out gave us a fair quote, was able to squeeze us into the schedule quickly and was also willing to install a new entry fixture for us. Upon hiring Peak painting Mr. Greg and his son’s attention to detail, clear communication, and punctuality were excellent. In addition he was willing to give me advice and pointers about other painting projects I was completing myself and his knowledge and advise saved me time, money, frustration and allowed me to do it right the first time. “I have been wanting granite counter tops for years and my friend referred S & D Granite . They came in and measured and told me where do go to pick out the granite. We did an island, all of the counter tops and the back splash. They told me how to take care of it and answered all of my questions. My home looks so beautiful now. I love my kitchen. “Our family purchased our boat from Precision Marine and were amazed with the level of service by their team. Mike walked us through the process as we looked at different boats that were available. Once we selected the boat that we felt fit our needs, Mike and his team worked to prepare the boat for final delivery. The boat needed to have some work done to recondition some of the trim and repair a couple of spots that needed attention and we were completely satisfied with all the repairs. Carol did and excellent job completing our paperwork and working through all the payment details. We even had a few questions after the sale that Mike and Carol were able to assist us in answering as we were new to boat ownership. I could not recommend the team at Precision Marine any higher to assist you with your boating needs!!!”
