  Entrances need work. Theyre adding more spaces. The owner is super nice and helpful. Close to the highway so you'll hear that noise. Residents are quiet though. Has on-site laundry and soda machines and a coin change machine! Rv spaces are spacious, fit 2 trucks or maybe 3 cars. All spaces have picnic tables which is nice. All spaces are paved too and have 2 sewage connections. Electric connections are also super nice and organized and light up when on and turn off when there's an outage so that's helpful in a storm.

  It's great place to bring your camper, gots brand new concrete pads, running water, electric hookups, spaced apart spots wide enough for two vehicles, the owner is solid and very aware of his customers safety and privacy concerns. All n all I give this place a thumbs up for a good getaway outta the city with lake Corpus 15mins away.

  Great spot to stop for the night on our way to the beach. The owner is very helpful and a Navy Veteran. Always felt safe and never have any problems here.

  🌟🌟 🌟This past weekend we stayed at Berdan Rv Parking Edroy (May 20-May 22nd)
  We we're absolutely happy with our stay.
  Jacob was extra helpful & accommodating in allowing us to bring over the RV early on May 15th(Sunday) after another outing with the RV.
  I highly recommend this RV parking which is off of 37 a short distance from Callalen & Corpus.
  First class hook-up accommodation! 🌟 🌟

  The best run RV Parks I have stayed at. The owner is very nice and keeps everything clean and works hard to improve the park. All sites have concrete pads for the rv's to be parked on with gravel parking for you truck. The laundry room is kept spotless and open 24 hours. Very well priced lot rent.
