My husband and I have lived here a little over 3 years. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Ryan was just here this morning as I had noticed the garbage disposal was not working properly. He also changed out the air filter as I requested. I put in the requests for these yesterday afternoon. Such fast service! He took care of both items and did a great job. Thank you Ryan! All the staff here now and in the past 3+ years we have found to be very professional, helpful, and courteous.

I have lived here for a few years. I love the location. Close access to freeway but far enough away that it is not a nuisance. The maintenance staff is excellent. They are fast and courteous and always willing to help. Robert and his team greet you with a smile and always have time to answer your questions. I don’t know if they truly get as much credit as they deserve.

New to Phoenix and been looking for a place to call home. I’ve spent countless weeks and been on multiple tours all over the valley and have yet to encounter an experience like Desert Horizon. David Ramirez was instantly available and accommodating despite showing up when another resident was completing their move in process. I had my heart set on a unit and David definitely helped make touring it simple and easy. The unit and space was perfect, David answered all my questions quickly and provided excellent information. After coming back to the leasing office and discussing terms David had little convincing to do with me beginning the move in process right then and there. The whole process has gone off without a hiccup. Do your tour with David and you won’t be disappointed.

Recently moved out and I would definitely recommend this apartment complex, it’s a beautiful place to live. Never had any issues with my apartment, it was beautifully cleaned I got the chance to meet the housekeeper that prepared my new home, Leticia. She did an amazing job making sure everything was perfect for us. Anytime we saw her around the community she was always quick to say good morning or see how we were doing. Thank you Leticia for making Desert Horizon a beautiful and friendly place to live!

I love walking into the office the staff is always amazing . The level of professionalism definitely shows. I feel appreciated and attended every time I am there. I don’t know about anyone else but they took care of me and to tell you the truth I never knew what was wrong with me for along time. But they found out what was wrong with me you have no idea what hell I went through not knowing now I do..and they found out for me.

MK Schoolcraft is AMAZING, would recommend her ! Really loved this clinic in Portland they have a great caring staff!

The staff truly cares and works their best to insure you get to see the Dr as soon as possible. Dr. Edwardson is a great doctor, he is my doctor for my HMO and has made everything go smoothly while I am going through very crucial tests & treatment .
