The DOCTORS Center Urgent Care

After relocating to Portland, I found myself needing medical care and after getting assistance from my Insurance, I was referred to this AMAZING Care Center. And, all I can say is...WOW! I was treated with such respect, compassion and overall the MOST AMAZING CARE for medical issue. From the darling Receptionists, to the Nurses, the X-ray Tech and the Fantastic Dr., I was treated with such FABULOUS care. If you find yourself seeking care for any medical issues, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY! If I could give more Stars, trust me, I definitely would! To everyone who helped me in my journey to feel better, I sincerely appreciate everything and Thank each and everyone of this GREAT staff!

Only place I go to when I come in town and I come from Rockport. So much better than what is in RP. Very professional and experienced staff. Highly recommend them!

I am so appreciative for the outstanding care and kindness I received. Staff and Matt Kern, NP were helpful, clear spoke, knowledgeable and kind. Taking time to explain the source of my pain and treatment options. My only frustration was 24hour news blasting in the waiting room. Waiting for medical care brings enough stress. Adding the grief, trauma, anxiety of our times seems unnecessary. Seems Weather Channel, HGTV, sports would foster more serene
environment.

SUSAN IS A HERO!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DOCTOR COME HERE!!! I CANNOT STRESS IT ENOUGH!! I had acid reflux and SEVERE abdominal pain for a week before I went in. I was vomiting blood and was having a difficult time staying conscious. The nurse took my vitals and symptoms and in less than 30 minutes I was given 3 medicines that are now what i know to have SAVED MY LIFE. It has only been 4 days and I feel alive again. God bless these people and their work!!!!!!

Everyone was super professional and courteous! Called a place down the road (higher on the google list since I wasn’t from the area) to make sure they took my insurance and they hung up before I even talked to anyone. The receptionist guided me through the online process to check in before I even arrived. My son needed X-rays and it took no time at all. The doctor was informative and nice! Would definitely recommend this place! Thanks y’all!
