(July 6, 2023, 8:20 am)Brookshires does an excellent job. They have plenty of employees. When you have a question regarding where something is, they will walk you directly to that item. Having to stand in line at the checkout, for more than a few minutes is a rare occurrence.
(June 6, 2023, 7:33 pm)I just had the most amazing customer service from Pamela in the floral department. I placed an order on Instacart for a flower arrangement but Instacart has no pictures. I called Pamela and she described what she could do for the price listed and built the most beautiful arrangement! This was a birthday gift to my mother and I could not be more pleased! Thank you Pamela!!
