“This place is amazing to go to, not just for kids but for adults as well. My 4yr old daughter has been talking about going here for over a year now and we finally got to go with my mom and two nieces and we all had a blast. They have a huge play ground, their museum was fantastic with the animatronic dinosaurs, meteorites, fossil's, all kinds of different teeth, tusk's, and more. The dinosaur walk path was great. I would recommend anyone that hasn't been to make the trip it's worth it and everyone will have fun. The prices are not as bad as I thought they would be. It was not crowded at all, and there is a pond with fish you can get food for and feed. And you have to check out the gift shop they have it's just amazing and have all kinds of neat stuff to get from toys to jewelry, to beautiful stones, fossil's, and gems.”

“Although just a little high priced it is a good place to get what you need. They have a large selection of merchandise and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The shelves are always stocked when I go there. The store is always clean and well kept. They have everything from tools to lumber to electrical, plumbing, hvac, and hardware for everything. They also have lots of winterizing supplies, car cleaning supplies and grilling supplies.”

“Dr. Crabtree and his staff are so AMAZING! i can not express my gratitude for these amazing People at this veterinarian facility! My little Dog was injured by a bigger dog i was freaking out! I called every vet clinic and they all told me the same thing " we have no open appointments today take her to the ER vet" as we all know ER vet is EXPENSIVE and we dont have that kind of money and payment plans dont usually work with the ER vets. Right before i was pulling out to rush her there i called Dr. Crabtree and explain to them the situation immediately told me to head that way and they will fit her in keep in mind every vet didnt have a available appointment but this Wonderful clinic took her and fit her into their busy schedule and and fixed her up. With a price we are able to afford she is beyond okay and is doing great! Dr crabtree also calmed me down as i was emotional if you want a vet that is about the animals i highly recommend Dr. Crabtree and his staff!”

“The wife and I took a weekend getaway to Glen Rose. I had researched for a conservative, Biblically based congregation to worship with Sunday. (I am a Baptist pastor, but just because a congregation has the word "Baptist" in its name doesn't mean it stays true to Biblical truth.) The folks there were quite kind and welcoming. The attitude and ability of the worship team members was excellent. ( Hey, if you like Matt Papa/Matt Boswell, along with the Gettys, how can you go wrong?) Everything from the devotional/responsive readings to the sermon were very Biblical. The message was expositional and encouraging. If you are seeking a fellowship that is Biblically-based and Christ honoring, I highly suggest Grace Community Church. We enjoy our occasional getaways to Glen Rose, and were blessed during the time of worship and fellowship at Grace Community. As Arnold would say..."I'll be back."”

“I surprised my wife after a 2hr drive, on where i was taking her. The place is beautiful way out in no where for us. We arrived early so we would not miss nothing of tonights performance. Arrive early to beat the gate rush. The concourse and main building seems a bit small (crowded in) for the venue. The seating and stage is extraordinarily. Not a bad seat in the place and spaced out, the dynamic of sound is A1 and professionally mixed perfect. Lighting and Special Effects outstanding. I am going to try and give a honest review without ruining the experience for you. There has been a lot of time and energy put into the Sets, Lighting, Rehearsals and Training of the animals to achieve what they did tonight. You can feel the passion that each actor puts into his character during the singing parts and then their dialogue. The opening singers were wonderful also. The concessions prices were good The actual ticket price was good, will pay that again (only issue online charges you an additional $3.00 per ticket) Also, I do not like having to down load an app to get my tickets to my phone, just email me a pdf receipt to me I would prefer. Parking is $10 per car, Lots of Handicap Parking. At the end you can meet the cast. The actual wife of the Actor who played Peter, prayed with my wife for healing of her mom who is having health issues right now. That speaks volumes to me.”

“We had a great time at DVRVP. Everything was very clean and well cared for. We saw the owners & their team working hard to keep everything picked up over the holiday weekend. The kids loved the biking area and pool. The dog park area was clean and had fresh tennis balls. I really enjoyed walking down to the river with my morning coffee. It is very easy to see how much the owners care about their property. The easy access to the state park and Dinosaur World was just a bonus. We’ll definitely return.”

“Absolutely amazing. My 8 year old had never been on a horse and it's been 15-20 years since I had been. My last horseback experience was a nightmare so I was nervous to go. Our guide was amazing and patient. Made us feel completely at ease. Only did the 30 min ride this time as we weren't sure how it would go but will definitely be back for the longer ride next time. Definitely recommend.”
