I had an excellent experience with Dr.Thomas. I visited him for my hearing problem, turned out to be built up earwax. he carefully listened to me, and took care of my problem fast and efficient. When he figured out I am student and my insurance doesn't cover this, he considered my situation and charged me a very reasonable price. I am thankful to him.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Thomas today. I rarely write reviews but my experience was so stellar that I had to give feedback. I have an ear condition that is unusual and has worsened over time. After finally deciding to seek an ENT input I had an appointment with a provider at another facility and it was not a good experience. So I sought out a second opinion.

I found Dr Thomas after lots of research and reviews and recommendations. He was incredible! He took the time to listen to my history and weird symptoms, asked a lot of questions, and has developed a comprehensive plan to investigate the cause of my out-of-the-box condition.

I am looking forward to working through this with him. I was not promised a solution because it's still too unknown but I have full confidence that he will make every attempt to uncover the cause. SO grateful for Dr. Thomas!

Doctor Thomas was great! He walked into the examination room and offered a handshake and introduced himself. He listened attentively while he took notes on his laptop. He had a good idea of what I needed to do but still took the time to examine my nose, ears and throat. He offered a few OTC solutions and provided a prescription to help alleviate my symptoms. This was an excellent office visit and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Dr. Thomas is very professional and he is thorough with diagnostics and education. I like that he engaged in hand hygiene before examining the patient and greeting the patient.

Front desk staff are nice and bathroom facilities are clean. If you are a new patient, do the screening paperwork on the online portal to save time and not necessary have to come in 30 minutes before your appointment time. I did them online, came 30 minutes prior as they told me, and all I did was wait.
