We had called earlier in the day because we had a duplicate charge on our business account. Unfortunately card services was not helpful and I left the call Frustrated with no resolution. I decided to call my branch in Oro Valley and Aubree assured me she would be able to help. She confirmed the information and got to work. The best branch in town! Aubree always make me feel welcome, she know her customers by name, is knowledgeable, always nice, and helps in anyway she can!! She also has my accounts pulled up before I even walk in the door! When she is out Jodi does the exact same thing!!! The 2 definitely leave a good impression!!! Thank you!!!

I recently opened up a new account with OneAZ Credit Union. They have the best customer service. Aubree treated me like a human and not a number like larger banks do. Stop reading this review and go already! All the people here are amazing!!! This is a black owned establishment that is seeking to heal the entire community. The space is uniquely also utilized to introduce and encourage love of self and others through health motivated events. The beautiful people inside almost made my first experience TOO comfortable. I wanted to pull up seats and they were willing to let me. They spoke with me about products and services with the goal to inform. I will be back and you should already be there... unless it's closed. 😁
P.S. If you let Jessica put them oils on ya, it's over! I can't write her actual response 🤣 but let's just say your eyes might be the only part of your body that can't be blessed by it. 🤣

I am legit in love with this place. The ambiance of the store and the owner herself is something I can't quite put into words. I have experienced some amazing parts of my peace here and have only been twice. After my first time visiting this stores name kept popping up on a lot of peoples lips in a positive manner. So if you are reading this review and wondering if you should visit this store, don't walk, run there. Be sure you share your gratitude with this amazing owner. She is doing a heck of a job.

The black lemon baobab infused oil is the truth.The smell is amazing. Ive used it so much, I can see a difference in my skin. Also the location is beautiful, I love plants and she had beautiful plants and paintings. Its whole vibe!!
