For certain very flexible on requirements to qualify for In HOUSE Financing and even the down payment. Granted the vehicle I bought had few minor issues but those were resolved to my satisfaction even before my down payment was complete. Out of 5 Bi weekly payments I was a day or two late with 2 payments. Sam did not charge me a late fee. I am satisfied with the deal and would recommend all my family, friends and associates to do business with them. I witnessed these guys work as late as midnight to resolve issues. I for one am a loyal customer and Sam has been in business for over 20 years. They must be doing something Right. A positive experience with a human touch.
