The office staff has always been friendly, and responsive to any issue I brought to them. The grounds are beautiful, and the buildings are well maintained. The rent is comparable to other apartments in Arlington. it is easy to pay online, and they now have a flex payment service available. They recently added Trash Valet service, which has been very helpful. When I first moved here, my daughter was 11. I always felt it was a safe community for both of us. There are several tenants who have also lived here long term and it feels like a neighborhood.
