GP1 Collision Center of Arlington

Took my Audi in to get some scratches fixed that couldn’t be buffed out. Estimate was accurate, work was completed earlier than quoted, and the quality was exceptional. My car is mythos black, which has metal flake in it, and the paint matches perfectly. Well worth the money and would highly recommend to other Audi owners

Honestly, these guys deserve more than 5 stars if possible. Not only they took care of my frustration that i had to go through the insurance, they made it way easier from the day i left my car. The body work that they have performed is flawless, in-fact it never looked this good honestly. They made sure to put all the brand new parts as insurance has a habit of putting aftermarket or used products and my car is currently under factory warranty. They made the whole process so easier. Andy always kept me updated even at times when i behaved rough, he kept his calm and tried to cooperate with the situation. He totally understood my frustration and gave the best resolution, couldn't be happier. Thank you for your business. Highly Recommend !!!

My vehicle was hit while parked and my left side was damaged. GP1 was very quick to get my situation sorted out with the responsible parties insurance. They were prompt and straight up. They told me that my car would be ready by a certain date and it was. I got frequent call letting me know where they are at as far as the repairs. I was never out of the loop duding the time my vehicle was with them. The only thing was a spot on my rear fender, the size of a golf ball, appears to need some polish (it’s a dull spot). Other than that I was very happy and satisfied with my experience. Great people working there and if needed too, I would return to this fine establishment.

I was rear-ended and needed a place to repair my truck. I decided on them because of the high ratings and good reviews. I was up against storage fees from the wrecking yard and they arranged for a tow service to get my truck that day and bring it to them. I was kept up to date every step of the way and they answered any questions I had through email the same day. I was never left wondering. The ladies I dealt with were personable and helpful throughout the whole repair process. And the shop met the target date of completion. Very pleased all the way around.

I was new to the experience of another insurance company paying for damages (someone hit my car) to my car and GP1 helped me to understand. They told me the insurance company had to pay for a rental while my car was being repaired while the insurance company told me nothing! They were very patient and accommodating with me because I could only arrive just before they were closing. They updated me throughout the time they had my car as well...
